Position Overview

As a Motion Graphics Designer, you'll own the visual storytelling of Gloroots' product — crafting product explainer videos, demo reels, and motion graphics for social media and marketing campaigns. Working at the intersection of design and marketing, your work will directly influence how prospects and customers understand and experience the platform across every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

- Edit and produce product walkthrough videos, explainer videos, and feature highlight reels for website and sales enablement
- Design and animate motion graphics for social media platforms including LinkedIn,



YouTube, and Instagram
- Create marketing campaign assets — ads, banners, and short-form video content — aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate feature updates and messaging into compelling visual content
- Maintain visual consistency across all video and motion assets across channels
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing based on campaign timelines and business impact

Must-Have Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics design and video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and post-production
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for asset creation and image editing
- Experience with Figma for design collaboration and static asset handoffs
- Portfolio demonstrating a mix of product videos, motion graphics, and social media content

Nice to Have
- Experience creating content for a SaaS or B2B product
- Familiarity with brand-building in an early-stage startup environment
- Prior exposure to multi-format content production across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
