We believe the best learning happens by working together, discussing ideas, reviewing work in real time, and collaborating closely with designers, strategists, marketers, and engineers.

If you’re looking for a remote or hybrid internship, or are unable to commute to or relocate to Noida, this role isn’t the right fit.

Over the years, we’ve worked with companies such as Paytm, ICICI Bank, CaratLane, OYO, Delhivery, Chaayos, MilkBasket, and many others. Alongside client work, we’re building our own AI products while continuously developing design, strategy, and decision-making frameworks that help solve complex product and business challenges.

At Sparklin, interns aren’t treated as observers. From the very beginning, you’ll contribute to real client work, collaborate with experienced designers and strategists, and learn how ideas evolve from research to execution.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Motion Design Intern who enjoys telling stories through movement.

Whether it’s a product launch video, a brand film, a social media campaign, a UI animation, or a presentation that needs to feel alive, you’ll help transform ideas into engaging visual experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build expertise across motion graphics, video editing, UI motion, storytelling, AI-assisted creativity, and contemporary creative workflows.

What You’ll Do

- Create motion graphics for brand campaigns, websites, presentations, and social media.
- Design UI animations, transitions, and micro-interactions for digital products.
- Animate logos, illustrations, icons,



and brand assets.
- Edit videos for product launches, campaigns, case studies, and marketing content.
- Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, marketers, and engineers throughout the creative process.
- Learn and apply Sparklin’s design and strategy frameworks while solving real-world business problems.
- Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, storyboarding, editing, animation, and production without compromising quality.
- Explore new workflows, techniques, and technologies that improve creativity and efficiency.
- Continuously refine your work based on reviews and feedback.

Tools You’ll Work With

Depending on the project, you’ll get hands-on experience with tools such as:

- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Figma

You’ll also have opportunities to explore AI-powered creative tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Midjourney
- Runway
- Kling
- Veo
- Adobe Firefly
- ElevenLabs
- Other emerging creative tools as they become part of our workflow

You don’t need to know every tool already. Curiosity and a willingness to learn matter far more.

What We’re Looking For

- Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating strong visual storytelling and motion design.
- Good understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, composition, typography, and transitions.
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail.
- Curiosity about AI and the future of creative work.




- Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

You’ll Stand Out If You

- Have experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D tools.
- Have created 3D animations, product renders, or motion graphics using 3D workflows.
- Have worked with Rive or Lottie for interactive motion.
- Enjoy combining illustration, video, sound, and animation into compelling stories.
- Experiment with AI-powered creative tools beyond the classroom.
- Build personal projects because you genuinely enjoy making things.
