About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor with 3-5 years of professional experience in creating compelling digital content. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to independently transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos tailored for various platforms.

This role requires close collaboration with marketing and design teams to develop content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Editor will be responsible for producing a diverse range of video content, including social media reels, long-form videos, advertisements, and explainer videos, ensuring high-quality output within tight deadlines. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:





- 3-5 years of professional experience in video editing within agency, startup, or in-house environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is mandatory.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work, accessible via YouTube, Vimeo, Behance, or personal website.
- Experience editing short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and performance ads in a professional setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects.
- Ability to manage end-to-end editing processes from raw footage to final deliverables.
- Experience adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining consistent visual styles across projects.
- Capability to produce multiple videos weekly within specified deadlines.
- Proficiency in editing content in English is essential.

- Video Editing: Edit both short-form and long-form videos, including Reels, Shorts, advertisements, and explainer videos, ensuring they meet platform specifications and audience engagement goals.

- Motion & Visual Effects: Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and effects in line with brand identity, using tools like After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.
- Color & Audio Post-Production: Perform color correction and grading, as well as audio editing, noise reduction, and synchronization to ensure explicit, professional sound quality.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with marketing and content teams to interpret campaign goals, incorporate feedback, and maintain consistency across all output.
- Quality Control: Ensure all videos are optimized for performance, with attention to detail in pacing, formatting, and branding.
