Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging Montessori-based classroom activities.
- Create a safe, positive, and child-friendly learning workplace.
- Support children’s academic, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Use Montessori teaching methods and hands-on learning materials.
- Observe and track students’ progress.
- Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and learning materials.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ development.
- Participate in school activities, events, and staff meetings.

Requirements
- Graduate with Montessori/ECCE certification preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, creative, and responsible.
- Ability to handle and engage young children effectively.
- Prior Montessori teaching experience will be an advantage.
- Good English communication skills preferred
