We are looking for a creative, fast-moving Mobile Video &

- Content Editor to produce high-impact, short-form video content tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts. In this role, you will transform raw video footage, audio clips, and brand assets into engaging, mobile-optimized visual content that captures attention in the first three seconds and drives audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Mobile-First Video Editing: Edit short-form video content specifically formatted for mobile consumption.

- Storytelling &
- Pacing:

Craft compelling narratives through quick cuts, energetic text overlays, sound design, trending audio, and seamless transitions.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of viral social media trends, popular video hooks, memes, and platform feature updates to incorporate into client or brand content.

- Asset Optimization: Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, interviews, events) into bite-sized clips optimized for social media platforms.

- Color &

- Audio Enhancement:

Perform basic color grading, audio cleaning, sound effect (SFX) integration, and auto/manual captioning.

- Collaboration: Partner with content creators, social media strategists,



and graphic designers to execute creative briefs and social campaigns.

Qualifications &

- Software &
- App Proficiency:

Expertise in mobile-first editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, VN Video Editor, or desktop tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.

- Portfolio: A portfolio or portfolio link (Instagram, Google Drive, or personal site) showcasing reel edits, vertical videos, and creative transitions.

- Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok algorithms, YouTube Shorts, and mobile video best practices (captions, safe zones, hook timing).

- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for visual timing, typography placement on mobile screens, visual hierarchy, and brand aesthetics.

- Turnaround Speed: Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment and meet daily or weekly posting schedules.

Bonus Points

- Experience with basic motion graphics or animation (After Effects).

- Familiarity with filming high-quality mobile footage using smartphones (iPhone/Android setup, lighting, mobile gimbals).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
