Ensurescash/funds are processed and balanced accurately within48 hoursof receipt according to department and investor guidelines. Ensures rejected and/or misapplied funds areidentified, researched, and resolvedin a timely manneraccording to department guidelines. Follows and develops department policy and procedures. Understands andutilizesmortgagesystem's cash flow.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically, One to Two years of relevant experience in an Operational Activities
- Robust Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and MS Teams

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Good understanding of the business and broad office skills
- Experience in Loan Processing, Loss Mitigation (Workout plan, Modification trial,



Forbearance plan, Repayment agreement, Servicing transfer, Workout option evaluation), Mortgage, Banking Operations is required
- Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail
- Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and graphics
- Good verbal, grammatical, and written communication skills
