Handle customer queries via Voice / Blended as per process requirement

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally

Maintain customer interaction records in the system

Follow communication, quality, and compliance guidelines

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required





Preferred candidate profile :

Qualification: Any Graduate (Non-Technical)

Experience: Freshers

Valuable verbal communication skills in English

Basic computer knowledge

Willingness to work in rotational / night shifts

Customer-focused attitude with willingness to learn
