MNA / FNA – Nursing Assistant

Location: Vellore, Tamil Nadu

We are looking for caring, responsible, and dedicated MNA/FNA nursing assistants to join our healthcare team. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing quality patient care and assisting nurses and other healthcare professionals in day-to-day patient-care activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor and report patients' basic health conditions and vital signs as instructed.
- Assist nurses in providing routine patient care.
- Support patients with bed-to-wheelchair and other mobility requirements.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of patients and their surroundings.
- Assist with feeding and ensure patients receive meals on time.
- Follow infection-control and safety procedures.
- Maintain patient comfort, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Observe patients for any changes in condition and immediately inform the nursing staff.




- Assist with basic patient-care procedures under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Maintain proper patient-care records and documentation.
- Communicate respectfully with patients, attendants, nurses, and doctors.
- Perform other patient-care duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

- MNA / FNA / nursing assistant qualification preferred.
- Candidates with relevant healthcare or patient-care experience are preferred.
- Freshers with a relevant qualification may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and responsible attitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
