AI Engineer

Experience Range: 4-10+ Years (AI/ML Engineering, Generative AI, or Data Science Experience)

Hiring Location: Trivandrum, Cochin, Pune, Noida, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Must-Have Skills

AI & Machine Learning

- Strong experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as:
- - OpenAI
- Anthropic
- Llama

- Experience with prompt engineering and AI application development.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.

Programming & Data Engineering

- Strong programming skills in:
- - Python
- SQL

- Experience building and optimizing data pipelines for AI model training and inference.
- Experience developing scalable APIs and AI-powered services.

Generative AI & RAG

- Experience building:
- - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
- AI Agents / Agentic AI applications
- LLM-based enterprise applications

- Knowledge of:
- - Vector Databases
- Semantic Search
- Knowledge Retrieval Architectures

Cloud & DevOps

- Experience with at least one cloud platform:
- - Microsoft Azure
- AWS
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Experience with:
- - REST APIs
- Git
- Software Development Best Practices

MLOps & Model Lifecycle Management

- Experience implementing MLOps practices including:
- - Model Deployment
- Monitoring
- Testing
- Versioning
- Lifecycle Management

- Ability to evaluate, fine-tune, and monitor AI models for accuracy and performance.
