Role Description The MIS Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of management information systems to support data-driven decision-making across the firm. This full-time, in office role based in Mumbai includes collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial and operational data, developing dashboards and performance metrics, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

The MIS Manager will collaborate with finance, advisory,



and IT teams to streamline reporting processes, optimize information flows, and support compliance-related analytics. Additional responsibilities include monitoring system performance, coordinating with technology vendors when required, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and business insight.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Technology skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance and Data Analytics skills.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting complex business and compliance data.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in reporting tools, dashboards, and spreadsheet-based analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in managing MIS functions within professional services, finance, or compliance-focused organizations is beneficial.
