Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mivan Store Keeper / Engineer with 3–8 years of relevant experience in the Civil & Construction industry, preferably with hands-on experience in Mivan formwork materials and project site stores management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Mivan formwork store operations at the construction site.
- Receive, inspect, identify, and properly store Mivan materials and accessories.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, returns, and stock balances.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and Mivan/Formwork teams for material requirements.
- Issue Mivan materials as per approved requirements and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor material availability and raise requirements in advance to avoid shortages.
- Maintain proper identification, stacking, and safe storage of Mivan materials.
- Track damaged, missing, excess, and reusable materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with records.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.




- Ensure proper handling and preservation of Mivan materials to minimize damage and wastage.
- Coordinate material movement between stores and different construction activities.
- Support project teams in planning and controlling Mivan material requirements.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with relevant Mivan Store / Construction Store experience will also be considered.

Required Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in Civil & Construction projects.
- Hands-on experience in Mivan Formwork / Aluminium Formwork materials is preferred.
- Experience in construction site stores and inventory management is an advantage.

Candidate Preference

- Candidates from or willing to work in South Tamil Nadu preferred.
- Tamil – Mandatory
- Kannada – Preferred
- Hindi – Preferred
- Valuable communication, coordination, and inventory management skills.
- Willingness to work at construction project/site locations.
