Position: MIS Executive

Location: Office No. 802, Block-5, Adventz Infinity, BN Block, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata – 700091, West Bengal

Job Overview: Sylvan Ply is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing sales data, preparing MIS reports, and coordinating with internal departments. The candidate should have robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze sales data effectively. Freshers with good Excel knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage secondary sales data and prepare periodic MIS reports for management review.

· Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.

· Analyze sales data and track sales team performance.

· Ensure timely registration of influencers in ERP and maintain accurate master data records.

· Prepare commission reports accurately and coordinate the payout process.

· Handle documentation, invoice verification,



and maintain proper records.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Excel / Google Sheets.

· Maintain sales dashboards and ensure data accuracy for business analysis.

· Assist management with data analysis, reporting, and operational support.

Required Skills:

· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

· Working knowledge of ERP systems.

· Knowledge of Google Sheets / Zoho Sheets.

· Strong data management and reporting skills.

· Ability to analyze sales data and prepare MIS reports.

· Good Knowledge of Power BI and Dashboard

· Excellent computer knowledge with error free typing

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

Freshers and candidates with up to 1 years of experience in sales coordination, MIS, or back-office roles may apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
