Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and maintain business data, prepare reports, and support management with accurate information for decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel and computer skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records.

- Analyze data and generate meaningful reports for management.

- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all reports.

- Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.

- Track and monitor operational and performance-related data.

- Create dashboards, summaries, and presentations when required.

- Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasks.

Requirements

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, basic formulas).





- Good computer and data management skills.

- Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BCA / BA / B.Sc preferred).

- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data entry, or similar roles.

Preferred Candidate

- Local candidate preferred from Mohali / Chandigarh or nearby areas.
