Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of MIS processes, reporting workflows, and data accuracy.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
- Good knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Experience in data validation, reconciliation, cleaning, and preparing MIS reports.
- Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and follow proper MIS processes and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources.




- Perform data reconciliation and identify discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain MIS trackers, databases, dashboards, and reporting formats.
- Analyze data and provide reports/insights to management and relevant teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of MIS processes, workflows, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with different teams for data collection and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing MIS processes and reporting efficiency.
- Maintain data confidentiality and follow company policies and compliance standards.

Pay: ₹21,144.98 - ₹41,749.31 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
