We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage daily data, reports, and business information for our jewellery operations. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate MIS reports, maintaining databases, tracking sales and inventory, and providing timely insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Maintain and update sales, stock, purchase, and operational data.
- Track store-wise and salesperson-wise sales performance.
- Prepare reports related to gold, diamond, jewellery and other inventory.
- Monitor stock movement, transfers, receipts, and sales.
- Reconcile data between ERP/software, Excel, and physical records.
- Generate reports on sales targets vs. achievements.




- Prepare ageing, pending, outstanding, and exception reports.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for correction.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and automated reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of business data.

Required Skills Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
