Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, data analysis, MIS reporting, dashboards, and sales analytics. The candidate will be responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, analyzing business data, maintaining databases, and providing actionable insights to the Sales and Management teams.

The ideal candidate should have excellent command of Advanced Excel, be comfortable working with large datasets, and have the ability to automate recurring reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Sales and Management.
- Maintain and update various business and sales databases.
- Generate sales performance reports by:

- Region

- State

- Territory

- Distributor

- SKU

- Salesperson

- Channel
- Track Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Target vs. Achievement and Growth.
- Prepare management dashboards and business review reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all MIS reports.

Advanced Excel
- Solid hands-on experience in Advanced Excel is mandatory.

- Use Power Query for data cleaning, transformation, and consolidation.
- Automate repetitive reports using Excel-based solutions.
- Develop user-friendly dashboards for management review.

Sales Analytics
- Track sales targets versus actual achievement.
- Analyze sales trends and identify gaps.
- Prepare salesperson and territory-wise productivity reports.
- Track SKU-wise sales performance.
- Analyze distributor-wise performance.
- Identify high-performing and underperforming territories.
- Prepare sales growth and variance analysis.

Data Management
- Maintain accurate and updated databases.
- Consolidate data received from multiple locations and teams.
- Validate data and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Develop standardized reporting formats and templates.

Business Reporting
- Prepare reports for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Provide analytical inputs to Sales and Management teams.
- Highlight key trends, gaps, exceptions, and opportunities.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports based on management requirements.

Automation & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
- Reduce manual data entry and repetitive activities.
- Develop automated Excel templates and dashboards.
- Improve MIS processes and reporting efficiency.
