Position - MIS Executive – Automation & Business Intelligence

We are looking for a data-driven and technically proficient MIS professional who can manage business data, automate reporting processes, develop interactive dashboards, and create web-based MIS solutions.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Google Apps Script, JavaScript, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and web applications, with a strong understanding of business data and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities-

- Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and business dashboards.
- Create automated reporting solutions using Google Apps Script and JavaScript.
- Design interactive and management-friendly dashboards using Looker Studio.
- Develop and maintain Google Sheets-based MIS systems, including formulas, data validation, automation, and data consolidation.
- Build simple web applications/web-based reporting tools for internal business requirements.
- Integrate data from multiple sources and automate data collection, processing, and reporting.
- Analyse business data and provide meaningful insights, trends, and performance indicators to management.
- Develop dashboards for sales, operations, finance, profitability, productivity, customer services etc.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of MIS reports.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and convert them into automated workflows.
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Management teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing dashboards, scripts,



and reporting systems.

Required Skills-

- Strong knowledge of Google Apps Script
- Good working knowledge of JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Looker Studio
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Formulation.
- Experience in developing business dashboards and MIS reports
- Understanding of web applications and basic web development

Good to Have:

- Javascript/ Google script
- API integration
- Google Forms / Google Drive automation
- Data visualization and KPI reporting

Candidate Profile:

- 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting Automation.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Good understanding of business processes and KPIs.
- Ability to independently develop reports and automation from scratch.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders.
- Should be comfortable working with large datasets and multiple reporting requirements.
