Role Description The MIS Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore, responsible for managing and maintaining management information systems that support telecom infrastructure operations. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, organizing, and updating operational data, preparing regular and ad hoc MIS reports, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information shared with management and project teams. The role involves coordinating with field and office staff to track tower construction, maintenance activities, and power system performance, as well as monitoring key performance indicators.

The MIS Coordinator will also help optimize data workflows, support basic data analysis for decision-making, and provide responsive information support to internal stakeholders, while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess solid Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Management skills, including data collection, reporting, and database handling.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams, address information requests, and present reports clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; experience with reporting or ERP software is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and meet reporting deadlines.
- Prior experience in telecom, infrastructure, or operations support roles is a plus but not mandatory.
