We need someone to own daily MIS reporting and build strong business intelligence capability by working closely with the data the organization generates on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve daily MIS reporting
- Build dashboards for granular, self-serve data visibility across the organization
- Apply working knowledge of AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude and similar systems) to improve reporting and analysis workflows
- Write basic-to-intermediate code to automate and enhance dashboards/data pipelines
- Identify and drive projects that improve organizational efficiency, not limited to data/reporting
- Generate insights that inform strategic direction
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Engineering background, preferably from top-tier engineering colleges in Mumbai or Pune
- 2 - 3 years of relevant corporate experience
- Strong quantitative/analytical aptitude ("valuable with numbers")
- Comfortable with basic coding for BI/dashboard work
- High growth orientation eager to expand scope beyond pure data work into efficiency-focused projects
- Self-starter with an interest in technical analysis
