Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS Executive to manage operational data, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, and provide accurate business insights to the operations and management teams. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Track key BPO metrics such as AHT, productivity, attendance, shrinkage, service level, occupancy, SLA, and adherence.

- Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources.

- Maintain accurate databases and operational trackers.

- Prepare dashboards and performance reports for management.

- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for corrections.

- Generate agent-level, team-level, and process-level performance reports.

- Automate recurring reports wherever possible.

- Support Operations, WFM, HR,



and Management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.

- Ensure reports are shared within defined timelines and maintain data confidentiality.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas.

- Positive understanding of BPO operations and performance metrics.

- Knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard preparation.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and time-management skills.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 6 Months2 years of experience in MIS/reporting, preferably in a BPO or customer-service environment.
