1. Welding Quality & Workmanship

- Carry out MIG/MAG welding of hatch cover structures as per approved drawings, WPS and welding sequence.
- Ensure proper weld size, profile, penetration and appearance.
- Maintain consistent welding quality with minimum defects such as porosity, undercut, lack of fusion, cracks, overlap and excessive spatter.
- Ensure proper fit-up and welding of stiffeners, brackets, panels, girders and other structural components.
- Complete repair welding as instructed by the Welding Supervisor / QC Inspector.
- Achieve minimum rejection and weld repair rates.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
