Job Overview

We are looking for a Meta and Google Ads Executive who can independently plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. We are seeking a mature, responsible, and dedicated professional who takes ownership of campaigns and consistently works towards achieving client goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, copies, and audiences.
- Generate performance reports and share insights with the team.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and campaign requirements.




- Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager features and industry trends.
- Ensure timely campaign execution and regular optimization.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign objectives, pixel setup, events, and conversions.
- Experience with audience creation, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
