Role Description The Mern Stack Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js for students and working professionals participating in Where U Elevate® initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing curriculum and learning materials, conducting classroom sessions and practical labs, guiding learners through project-based assignments, and evaluating performance through assessments and feedback. The trainer will collaborate with internal teams to align course content with industry requirements, support hackathon and hiring campaigns by mentoring participants,



and keep training resources updated with the latest MERN ecosystem trends and best practices.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

- Strong MERN stack development skills, including hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
- Proficiency in core web technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Experience designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or mentoring programs in software development.
- Ability to create clear, structured curriculum content, practical exercises, and project-based learning modules.
- Solid understanding of software engineering practices, including debugging, testing, code review, and deployment workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Comfort working with diverse learner groups and adapting teaching methods to different skill levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with AI-driven platforms, hackathons, or innovation programs is an advantage.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on modern web frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Location: Noida

Mode: WFO, 5 days a week, 2 hrs per day for 3.5 hrs.
