– Java Full Stack Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Java Full Stack Trainer who can deliver industry-oriented training to engineering students and professionals. The trainer should have robust technical expertise in Java Full Stack development and the ability to conduct interactive classroom and online sessions, mentor learners, and support them in becoming industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training on Java Full Stack technologies in online and offline modes.
- Design and update course content, presentations, assignments, and hands-on lab exercises.
- Conduct practical coding sessions, live demonstrations, and project-based learning.
- Mentor students in developing real-world applications and capstone projects.
- Evaluate learners through assessments, coding tests, assignments, and mock interviews.
- Resolve technical queries and provide guidance during doubt-clearing sessions.
- Track student progress and maintain attendance and performance reports.
- Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest Java ecosystem and modern web development technologies.

- Industry certifications in Java, Spring, or cloud technologies are an added advantage.
