MERN Full Stack Developer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

We are looking for a MERN Full Stack Developer with 1+ years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building and maintaining modern web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and TypeScript.

Experience working on ERP or business management software will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.
- Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured code.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Work closely with designers, developers, testers, and project managers.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of existing applications and new features.

Required Skills

- 1+ years of experience as a MERN Full Stack Developer.
- Strong knowledge of React.js.
- Good experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.




- Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Good knowledge of MongoDB and database design.
- Understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
- Good knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Familiarity with responsive web development.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and debugging.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred / Additional Skills

- Experience in developing ERP, CRM, accounting, inventory, payroll, project management, or other business management systems.
- Knowledge of ERP workflows and business processes.
- Experience working with complex data structures and business logic.
- Knowledge of JWT authentication and RBAC.
- Experience with third-party API integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud hosting and deployment.
- Experience with AWS, Cloudflare, Docker, or CI/CD is an advantage.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development workplace.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is technically strong, willing to learn, takes ownership of their work, and can independently handle development tasks.

Candidates with prior experience in ERP-related projects will be given preference.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
