At CricHeroes, we're building the world's largest Cricket Network with over 40+ million users. Through The Store, we deliver premium cricket merchandise and custom team apparel to players and fans across the globe.

We're looking for an On-Field Merchandising & Quality Control Executive who will work closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure timely production, maintain high quality standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The Challenge

Coordinate production, monitor quality, and ensure every App Order and Team Order is manufactured, inspected, and delivered accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

Production & Merchandising

- Coordinate with manufacturing partners for timely production of App Orders and Team Orders.
- Manage production timelines, sampling, approvals, and product specifications.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve production bottlenecks.

Quality Control

- Conduct in-line and final quality inspections at vendor locations.
- Ensure garments meet approved quality standards across stitching, printing, embroidery, sizing, branding, and packaging.
- Identify defects early and drive corrective actions with manufacturing Team.

Remanufacturing & Order Management





- Manage remanufacturing of defective or incorrect orders until successful closure.
- Monitor production of custom Team Orders and App Orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Minimize returns by verifying finished products before dispatch.

Production & Operations Management

- Build robust relationships with manufacturing partners through daily visits.
- Monitor production efficiency, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate movement of finished goods and ensure dispatch readiness.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion, Apparel, Textile, Merchandising, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, production, or quality control within the apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, printing, embroidery, and quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Comfortable with regular travel to manufacturing units and production locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with sportswear or custom apparel will be an added advantage.
