Role Overview

We are looking for a highly capable Full Stack Developer to help build and scale an AIpowered labeling compliance and artwork validation platform This role will be central to translating business and regulatory requirements into a secure intuitive and productionready application The ideal candidate combines strong frontend and backend engineering skills with experience building enterprisegrade platforms workflow applications and system integrations You will work closely with product owners AI engineers architects compliance stakeholders and business teams to deliver a scalable MVP and futureready platform

Key Responsibilities

Design develop test and deploy endtoend features across frontend backend APIs and data layers

Build intuitive user interfaces for workflowdriven applications including review approval exception handling and audittrail views

Develop secure and scalable backend services to orchestrate business logic validation workflows user actions and integrations

Integrate the platform with enterprise systems such as document repositories workflow tools product data sources and reporting systems

Enable humanintheloop workflows for AIassisted review and approval processes

Work with AIML engineers to integrate model outputs into business applications in a robust and explainable way

Build reusable APIs and modular services that support future scaling across business units and markets

Ensure application performance reliability maintainability and security across the stack

Implement rolebased access control logging traceability and auditability for enterprise compliance use cases

Participate in architecture discussions code reviews sprint planning and release management

Support DevOps CICD testing automation and deployment activities for MVP and production releases

Required Qualifications





Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems or related field

5 years of experience in full stack software development

Strong experience in frontend development using modern frameworks such as React Angular or Vue

Robust experience in backend development using Nodejs Python

Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and working with microservices or serviceoriented architectures

Handson experience with relational andor NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL SQL Server MongoDB or similar

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP

Experience with CICD pipelines Gitbased version control and modern software delivery practices

Solid understanding of authentication authorization API security and secure coding practices

Experience in debugging performance tuning and production support

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building workflow compliance regulatory or approvalbased enterprise applications

Experience integrating AIML services into business applications

Familiarity with OCR document processing computer vision or validationreporting workflows

Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Knowledge of eventdriven architectures message queues and asynchronous processing

Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware

Understanding of audit logging traceability and regulatedprocess application design

Exposure to product lifecycle packaging labeling or qualitycompliance processes is a plus
