Job Descriptions - Strategy, Transformation and Project Integration Growth

· 10+ years of experience in Strategy and Transformations with proven delivery of multi‑country, cross‑functional transformation programs

· Good experience in Post integration M&A; and recent experience involved in growth project integrations

· Strong exposure to logistics, supply chain, transportation, e‑commerce, or large‑scale operational environments (preferred)

· Outstanding strategic problem‑solving & analytical capability

· Expertise in process improvement, simplification, and LEAN methodologies (preferred)

· Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions

· Excellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling executive‑level materials.

· Diagnose, design, deliver, and scale high‑impact transformation initiatives across business lines, products, support functions, and regions

· Partner with business leaders/Regional Heads to identify, define, and execute high-impact transformation programs

· Build enterprise‑level transformation roadmaps, value‑realization frameworks, KPIs, and execution plans

· Ensure alignment between global transformation programs and local execution

· Track project progress, risks, and value creation; ensure sustainability and adoption of current ways of working

· Monitor logistics, supply chain, and technology trends (automation, AI, sustainability,



digital platforms, data analytics)

· Benchmark competitive positioning and identify opportunities to differentiate

· Produce quarterly insight reports and communicate key strategic implications to senior leadership

· Translate trends into actionable initiatives that feed client’s transformation agenda

· Lead cross‑functional initiatives across Product teams, Tech, DDI, Transformation, and support functions

· Define project governance, milestones, success measures, and collaboration models

· Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and cross‑regional forums

· Ensure effective communication and alignment across teams, countries, and time zones

· Map, analyze, and redesign key business processes to eliminate inefficiencies in a LEAN simplification mindset

· Develop a prioritization matrix for simplification & standardization initiatives, in coordination with relevant central transformation team

· Integrate automation/digital tools where relevant to improve operational performance

· Track impacts (lead time, cost, quality, workload).

· Prepare executive‑level presentations and board‑ready recommendation materials

· Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and outcomes with clarity and structure

· Support leadership for global events, transformation reviews, and strategic seminars
