Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Noida. The Merchandiser will manage the complete product lifecycle, from sampling and development to bulk production and shipment, ensuring that buyer specifications and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with buyers and suppliers, preparing costings and order sheets, tracking production timelines, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The role also involves working closely with design, production, and quality teams to optimize styles, pricing, and delivery schedules.



The Merchandiser will contribute to building strong customer relationships and supporting sales and marketing initiatives for existing and new accounts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to maintain professional relationships, handle queries, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to understand buyer requirements, market trends, and commercial aspects of merchandising.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support product presentation, promotions, and positioning in target markets.
- Relevant experience in garment/apparel merchandising, export house operations, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management; familiarity with ERP or merchandising software is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Fashion, Textile, Apparel Merchandising, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
