Job Title: MEP Revit Modeler

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Revit Modeler to join our engineering design team and contribute to pharmaceutical, cleanroom, healthcare, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare coordinated models for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Electrical systems.
- Support clash detection, coordination, and model reviews using Revit and Navisworks.
- Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure accurate and coordinated designs.
- Follow project BIM standards, client requirements, and established modelling procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in **Mechanical,



Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in MEP Revit modelling.
- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows, MEP systems, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience with pharmaceutical, cleanroom, healthcare, or industrial projects will be preferred.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
