Position Title: MEPF Engineer

Department: Projects / Execution

Location: Project Site

Reporting To: Project Manager / MEP Head

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEPF Engineer responsible for execution, coordination, monitoring, and documentation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting works at site. The candidate should have strong knowledge of MEP systems, billing processes, drawing review, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Works

- Execute and supervise HT & LT electrical installation works at site.
- Coordinate electrical activities as per approved drawings and project schedule.
- Ensure quality and safety standards during execution.

ELV Systems

- Basic understanding and coordination of ELV systems including:
- Fire Alarm (FA)
- Public Address (PA)
- Access Control
- Network System
- CCTV
- Building Management System (BMS)

HVAC Works

- For Electrical Background Candidates:
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems required.
- For Mechanical Background Candidates:
- Experience in AHU, VRV/VRF system installation, testing, and commissioning.

Fire Fighting Works

- Basic knowledge of fire fighting systems and installation procedures.
- Coordination of firefighting piping and equipment installation.

Plumbing (PHE)





- Knowledge of internal and external plumbing systems.
- Coordination and monitoring of PHE execution works.

Billing & Documentation

- Prepare and verify site measurements.
- Handle billing processes and certification documentation.
- Maintain project-related documents, reports, and records.

Drawings & Coordination

- Review MEP drawings and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of MEPF systems execution and coordination.
- Understanding of billing and measurement certification.
- Drawing reading and review capability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of project documentation processes.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in MEPF site execution in construction projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to handle multiple MEP activities at site independently.
- Robust coordination and problem-solving skills.
