About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in residential real estate/construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate MEP works including Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and related services.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, Structural, and other project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor contractors and subcontractors for quality, progress, and workmanship.
- Ensure MEP installations are carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical issues, defects, and deviations.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and project management teams.
- Track material requirements and ensure materials are available at site as per project schedules.




- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, building codes, and project requirements.
- Support the Project Manager in resolving technical and execution-related issues.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC & Fire Fighting systems.
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Office.
- Solid site coordination and contractor management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of residential construction/real estate projects will be preferred.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in MEP execution, preferably in residential real estate/construction projects.
- Candidates with strong site execution and coordination experience are preferred.Role & responsibilities
