About the Role

We are looking for experienced MEP Planning & MEP Billing Engineers to join our EPC Building Project team. The ideal candidates will have strong exposure to building services in large-scale EPC projects , with hands-on experience in planning, coordination, execution support, and commercial/billing functions for MEP systems.

Position 1 : MEP Billing- Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and verify RA Bills, Final Bills, and Subcontractor Bills for MEP works
- Measure executed quantities based on BOQ, approved drawings, and site records
- Maintain measurement books (MB), quantity reconciliation, and variation statements
- Coordinate with Planning & Execution teams for billing alignment with progress
- Handle client certifications, payment follow-ups, and commercial documentation
- Support in change orders, extra items, and contract claims (if applicable)
- Maintain proper billing records and cost tracking for MEP packages

Position 2 : MEP Planning -Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare baseline schedules, detailed MEP work programs, and look-ahead plans using Primavera P6 / MS Project




- Develop floor-wise / zone-wise MEP execution planning in coordination with Civil, Architectural, and PMC teams
- Track project progress and prepare DPR, WPR, MPR, S-curves, and EVM reports (SPI/CPI)
- Identify delays, perform critical path analysis , and prepare recovery & catch-up plans
- Coordinate with procurement for material planning, approvals, and delivery tracking
- Attend client/PMC progress review meetings and present planning & progress reports
- Ensure alignment of MEP activities with project milestones and contractual timelines

MEP Scope Exposure Required-Services :

- HVAC ( Chillers , AHUs , Ducting , Ventilation )
- Electrical (HT/LT, Power , Lighting , DG , Panels )
- Fire Fighting & Detection Systems
- Plumbing & ELV Systems ( CCTV , BMS , Firealarm )

Candidate Profile:

- 5–20 years of experience in Data Center EPC Building / Industrial Projects
- Strong coordination with PMC, Consultants, and Subcontractors
- Valuable working knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Excel
- Familiar with BOQ, drawings, MEP standards, and billing procedures
- Strong documentation , communication , and reporting skills.
