Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support commercial interior fit-out projects across Delhi NCR. The role will be responsible for end-to-end cost management, procurement, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and commercial control throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in quantity surveying, procurement management, cost planning, billing, BOQ preparation, and commercial management of interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Cost Planning & Budget Management
- Prepare detailed project estimates, cost plans, and project budgets.
- Present final cost plans to clients and obtain necessary approvals.
- Conduct cost benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive project costing.
- Track project financial performance through Budget vs. Actual analysis.
- Procurement & Contract Management
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.
- Manage the complete procurement lifecycle, including:
- Vendor pre-qualification
- Request for Proposal (RFP) preparation
- Tender evaluation
- Techno-commercial analysis
- Vendor negotiations
- Contract preparation and award
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and contract execution.
- Commercial Management
- Prepare commercial reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor project expenditures, financial forecasts, and invoicing.
- Manage post-contract cost control and commercial reporting.
- Review contractor bills and process bill certifications.
- Administer variation orders, change requests,



and claims management.
- Ensure timely commercial closure of projects.
- Quantity Surveying & Cost Control
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Review project specifications and scope documentation.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost assessments.
- Track project variations and cost impacts.
- Ensure cost control measures are implemented throughout project execution.
- Apply value engineering principles during project planning and execution stages.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and design teams to identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality and functionality.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Mechanical) OR

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Electrical)

Required Experience Experience in cost management, quantity surveying, procurement, and commercial management for Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects.

- Candidates from organizations such as CBRE (Turner & Townsend), Mace, and similar project management consultancy firms will be preferred.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple project sites and travel across Delhi NCR as required.
