Solace Neuro Behaviour Centre is looking for a dedicated and meticulous Transcriptionist to support our clinical team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately scribing our doctors' clinical notes and taking charge of coordinating our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Your work will ensure that our patient records are precise, up-to-date, and easily accessible for our medical staff.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Medical Scribing & Transcription: Accurately scribe and transcribe doctors' clinical notes, consultations, and treatment plans in a timely manner.
- ​EMR Coordination: Act as the primary coordinator for the EMR system, ensuring all patient data, reports, and medical histories are correctly entered and organized.
- ​Quality Assurance: Review and proofread all transcribed notes for accuracy, proper grammar, and correct usage of medical terminology.
- ​Clinical Support:



Assist the medical team by managing documentation workflows so doctors can focus entirely on patient care.
- ​Data Privacy: Strictly adhere to confidentiality policies and safeguard sensitive patient information at all times.

​Requirements

- ​Education & Experience: Degree/Diploma in any field; prior experience as a Transcriptionist, Medical Scribe, or EMR Coordinator is highly preferred.
- ​Technical Skills:
- ​Fast and accurate typing speed.
- ​Strong proficiency in navigating and managing EMR/EHR systems.
- ​Positive computer literacy (MS Office, data entry).
- ​Medical Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology, particularly in the fields of neurology and psychology, is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
