Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Mumbai.

The Medical Sales

Representative will travel to veterinary organizations such as clinics, hospitals, and specialty practices to introduce VetXplore’s services in veterinary dermatology and build collaborative relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying prospective partners, scheduling and conducting sales visits, presenting service offerings, and negotiating collaboration terms. The role involves encouraging veterinary organizations to transfer suitable dermatology cases to VetXplore, following up on leads,



maintaining accurate records of visits and agreements, and providing ongoing support to partner organizations. The representative will work closely with internal teams to align outreach strategies, share market feedback, and help optimize services based on client needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship-building with veterinary organizations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide responsive support and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine, particularly veterinary dermatology concepts, to discuss cases confidently.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Pharmacy or related therapeutic products relevant to veterinary dermatology.
- Experience in the veterinary, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is highly beneficial.
- Ability to travel frequently within Mumbai and nearby regions and work effectively in an on-site, field-focused role.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and time-management skills, with proficiency in basic office and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in veterinary science, life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field preferred.
