Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Medical Representative to promote pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, good knowledge of pharmaceutical products, and the ability to achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and territory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and create awareness of pharmaceutical products among doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and medical stores within the assigned territory.
- Explain product features, benefits, dosage information, and relevant product information to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors,



and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase product penetration within the assigned territory.
- Follow up with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market activities.
- Collect and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information to the management.
- Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and pharmacies to ensure product availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and support timely product replenishment.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and other required MIS reports.
- Participate in product launches, medical conferences, promotional activities, and customer meetings.
- Follow company policies, ethical marketing practices, and applicable pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Manage the assigned territory effectively and plan daily customer visits based on business priorities.
