: Medical Representative (Ayurvedic Medicine)

Position Overview

Aimil Pharmaceutical India Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to promote and expand the reach of its Ayurvedic medicine portfolio. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, driving product awareness, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Promotion: Present and detail Aimil’s Ayurvedic medicines to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.
- Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in assigned territories.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers.
- Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Training & Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activity, and Ayurvedic healthcare trends.
- Reporting: Submit timely reports on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor insights.




- Event Participation: Represent the company at medical conferences, seminars, and promotional events.

Qualifications
- Any degree
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresher and Prior experience as a Medical Representative (Ayurvedic or pharmaceutical) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
