Job Title: Media Marketing Manager

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:

We are looking for a Manager, Media Marketing & Campaign Operations with understanding of media planning - Advance digital and basic TV planning. The ideal candidate will play a dual role—supporting the team with brand media campaign execution and daily reporting while ensuring accurate, effective, and timely billing and reconciliation of media spends.

This is a cross-functional role that demands understanding of campaign execution, agency coordination, media budgeting,



and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Media Planning (60%)

- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with creative & compliance teams to set up the campaign with the agency
- Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare detailed reports & insights
- Manage external marketing agencies, ad networks, and martech vendors as needed.

Billing Operations & Financial Coordination (40%)

- Oversee end-to-end billing processes related to entire brand media marketing campaigns spends.
- Coordinate with internal finance and external vendors to ensure accuracy in invoicing, purchase orders, and reconciliation.
- Track campaign budgets, actuals, and ensure spending aligns with forecast.
- Maintain up-to-date billing documentation, contracts, and payment schedules.
- Resolve discrepancies in media billing, ensure timely vendor payments, and manage audits if required.

Who you are:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration
- 5–8 years of experience in media marketing (Preferably digital, TV not compulsory)
- Proven track record in managing digital media campaigns and handling large-scale media budgets.
- Must have worked with any media agency or as media manager role in any brand with 50 cr+ multimedia campaign spend
- Solid understanding of billing workflows, reconciliation, and media accounting practices.
