CADD Centre is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Mechanical Trainer to deliver high-quality training in mechanical design, drafting, 3D modelling, and engineering software. The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, hands-on knowledge of industry-standard CAD/CAE software, and excellent communication and training skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for mechanical engineering CAD/CAE software courses.
- Train students on software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX, Autodesk Inventor, ANSYS, and other relevant tools based on the centre's curriculum.
- Explain mechanical design concepts, engineering drawing standards, modelling techniques, and design workflows.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and guide students through practical exercises and projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practice exercises, assessments, and project-based learning activities.
- Evaluate student performance and provide regular technical feedback.
- Guide students in developing industry-oriented mechanical design projects and portfolios.
- Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and training progress.
- Ensure timely completion of the assigned course curriculum.
- Stay updated with current CAD/CAE technologies, industry practices, and software updates.
- Create an engaging and professional classroom environment.
- Coordinate with the academic and centre management teams to maintain training quality and student satisfaction.




- Support students with career-oriented guidance related to mechanical CAD/design roles when required.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Robust understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals and engineering drawing.
- Proficiency in one or more mechanical CAD/CAE software packages.
- Good practical knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
- Prior experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, engineering projects, or technical training is preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical skills and positive communication abilities may also be considered.
