- Key Responsibilities

*
- - Preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant mechanical equipment.
- - Hands-on maintenance Rotary & skelar Furnace and related systems.

*
- - Troubleshooting of gearboxes, bearings, pumps, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, conveyors, chains and couplings.
- - Execute PM activities to minimize breakdowns and production downtime.
- - Maintain PM checklists, breakdown reports and maintenance records.
- - Conduct RCA for repeated mechanical failures.
- - Coordinate with Production, Electrical and Quality teams.




- - Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
- - Ensure proper Safety, PPE and 5S compliance.

- Candidate Profile

*
- - Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Aluminium / Foundry / Metal Industry.
- - Experience with Rotary & Skelar Furnace will be highly preferred.
- - Strong practical knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
- - Good knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, fabrication and welding-related maintenance.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,314.85 per month
