- We are seeking a hands-on and customer-focused Service Engineer to handle the installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of equipment such as Chillers, at client sites across India

- Perform installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment

- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on-site or coordinate for workshop servicing

- Provide timely service support to clients to minimize equipment downtime

- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain records of site visits

- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company protocols during all service activities

- Train customer personnel on basic troubleshooting and equipment handling

- Coordinate with the technical and operations team for spares, tools, and service updates

- Respond to emergency service calls as per the need

- Servicing industrial equipment Chillers/ HVAC

- Solid technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to travel extensively for on-site support

- Good communication and customer interaction skills

- Basic computer knowledge for report preparation and email communication
