WE ARE HIRING | MECHANICAL ENGINEER – PEB SHED / FIELD EXECUTION

Dhakad Engineering Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our project execution team for PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Shed projects.

Job Location: Mandideep, Raisen, Madhya Pradesh / Project Sites

Experience: 1–4 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage PEB shed erection and installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate structural erection, assembly, alignment, and installation work.
- Read and understand PEB fabrication and erection drawings.
- Coordinate with fabricators, erection teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely project execution.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, and installation quality.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and lifting arrangements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate site requirements to management.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards at site.
- Coordinate material requirements and resolve site execution issues.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of PEB Shed erection and structural installation.
- Good understanding of mechanical/structural drawings.
- Knowledge of measurement, alignment, leveling, and site execution.
- Ability to manage site manpower and contractors.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Preferred Candidate
- Mechanical Engineer with hands-on PEB / Industrial Shed field experience.
- Candidates with solid site execution skills will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant PEB/site training may also be considered.
