Role Description This is a full-time Mechanical Engineer role based in Recent Delhi, offered in a hybrid work model that combines on-site and work-from-home flexibility.

The Mechanical

Engineer will design, develop, and optimize HVAC and ventilation systems, components, and assemblies, ensuring that products meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing mechanical designs, preparing CAD models and technical drawings, performing calculations and simulations,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams on product development and customization for client projects. The role also involves supporting R&D; initiatives, participating in project planning and execution, preparing technical documentation, and providing engineering input during installation, testing, and commissioning.

The engineer will work closely with project managers, production teams, and clients to ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with CVSAIR’s quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering fundamentals, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials relevant to HVAC and ventilation systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Design and component selection for fans, ducting, structures, and mechanical assemblies.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D drafting and 3D modeling (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software).
- Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and basic cost and resource management.
- Candidates should possess experience or interest in Research and Development (R&D;), including prototyping, testing, data analysis, and continuous product improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Experience in HVAC, ventilation, or related industrial systems is highly beneficial.
