Primary Skill: Mechanical Design Engineer

Work Location: Manesar (Gurgaon)

Role: Sr. Engineer/ Tech Lead (Mechanical)

Skill Sets Req:

- Understand the complete mechanical design cycle of a product (Concept Generation, Detail Design, Testing, Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of agile and rapid prototyping techniques to meet tight program schedules.
- Willingness to work closely with production manufacturing team and vendors to deliver timely, effective and reliable designs.
- Should be able to work with the hardware design team
- Experience in Audio-Video / Multimedia Consumer products (IoT Devices, Security Cameras, Mobile Phones, Rugged Handheld Devices etc.)
- Good understanding of the molding process, casting process, and machining process.
- Good understanding of designs for rugged,



outdoor, cost-effective, long life products.
- Experience with plastics and sheet metal part design.
- Expert level software knowledge in SolidWorks is preferred. Software knowledge in graphic design tools and simulation will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand thermal management & analysis, RF shielding, EMI/EMC Shielding
- Good knowledge of industry standards and product certification
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication skills
