Roles & Responsibilities

Immediate joinee for 6 months internship with possibility to convert full-time.

Assist in mechanical assembly of products, prototypes, and sub-systems as per engineering drawings and SOPs.

Support fabrication, fitting, drilling, fastening, wiring routing, and integration of mechanical components.

Help in testing and validation of assembled systems for performance, fitment, and reliability.

Work closely with the product design and R&D; team in developing and improving sanitization/disinfection devices.

Participate in prototype development, modifications, and troubleshooting during product iterations.

- Maintain assembly tools, workstations, and inventory of mechanical components and consumables.
- Support documentation activities including BOM preparation, assembly instructions, test reports, and inspection records.
- Assist in quality checks to ensure components and assemblies meet company standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and production teams for parts procurement and fabrication follow-ups when required.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain clean manufacturing and assembly practices.
- Participate in installation, demonstration, or field support activities for products when needed.
- Contribute ideas for improving manufacturability,



assembly efficiency, and product reliability.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of mechanical components, fabrication, and assembly processes.
- Familiarity with CAD software such as solidworks, fusion or similar tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and measurements.
- Hands-on attitude with willingness to work on prototypes and physical products.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workshop tools.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualification

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or related fields.
- Final-year students (with 6 months internship permission from college) or fresh graduates can apply.
