Position MBBS Duty Doctor – Night Shift

Qualification

- MBBS from a recognized medical college
- Valid NMC / Maharashtra Medical Council Registration

Experience

- Freshers and experienced MBBS doctors may apply
- Hospital / Emergency / IPD experience will be an added advantage

Duty ? Night Duty Salary ? ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per Month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage IPD patients during night duty
- Attend to medical emergencies and provide initial stabilization
- Monitor patients' vitals and clinical condition
- Handle routine medical complaints and initiate treatment as per hospital protocols
- Coordinate with consultants and nursing staff whenever required
- Maintain patient case sheets, progress notes, prescriptions, and emergency documentation




- Ensure timely escalation of critical cases to the concerned consultant
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and hospital protocols

Skills Required

- Good clinical assessment and emergency management skills
- Strong communication and patient-handling abilities
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Skilled, responsible, and patient-centric approach
