Master Data Specialist A global skilled services and consulting organisation is investing significantly in its enterprise data capability and building stronger foundations around Master Data Management, Data Quality and Data Governance.

They are looking for a Master Data Specialist to join the team and help establish trusted, high-quality master data across the organisation.

This is a hands-on role covering:

- Master data creation, maintenance, enrichment and hierarchy management
- Data quality, cleansing, reconciliation and exception management
- Data stewardship and governance
- Gathering and documenting business/data requirements
- Improving data processes, controls and standards
- Supporting CRM, ERP and MDM implementations and migrations
- Data profiling, root-cause analysis and operational reporting
- Working closely with Finance, HR,



Commercial, Risk, Legal, IT and Data teams

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience across:

- Master Data Management / Data Stewardship / Data Quality
- Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Fabric
- Power BI and advanced Excel
- Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce
- ERP/CRM data and migrations
- Data hierarchies, reference data and metadata
- Data governance frameworks and business rules

This would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on with data, but can also work effectively with business stakeholders to understand problems, improve processes and raise data quality across a complex global organisation.
