Need Teachers for Immediate Openings

NCERT/CBSE Curriculum (English Medium)

FOR NIOS PROGRAMME (Class 9 to 12)

For Classes 9th to 12th ; 8:45 AM – 4:15 PM; for Mass Communications , at Ambedkar Vihar (Sec 37) for NIOS Programme

These positions require daily teaching except non-working Saturday and Sundays. Candidate should be open to teaching in Physical mode only, staying within Noida and preferably close to the centre location. Candidates with experience only should apply. Those with experience with an NGO would be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach the basics of Mass Communication, including journalism, media literacy, advertising, and public relations.
- Develop lesson plans that encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication.
- Conduct activities like debates, interviews, news reading, role plays, and media projects.
- Guide students in creating newsletters, posters, and short videos to enhance their practical learning.
- Introduce students to the ethical and responsible use of media and digital platforms.
- Encourage teamwork and leadership through group communication projects.
- Assess students’ progress through class participation, presentations, and creative assignments.




- Support school events by mentoring students in anchoring, reporting, and event coverage.
- Coordinate with other subject teachers to integrate communication skills across the curriculum.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related field.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for first-generation learners.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and energetic approach to classroom learning.

Salary will be commensurate as per the relevant experience & qualification of the candidate and as per NGO/social sector standards. Salary Range for Offline / Physical Teaching – Rs 12,000/ – 15,000/- per month
