Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager to drive domestic and export sales, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, market expansion, sales planning, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Handle domestic and export customer inquiries.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Strengthen brand presence through various marketing initiatives.
